Product Guaranty
Waterjet machines sold by Bitong Technology carries a limited time guaranty against the
defective parts for a period of one year or 2000 operation hours which ever comes first.
If the defective parts fails within the first 6 month (or 1000 operation hours), the part
can be exchanged for an equivalent part free of charge. If during the 2nd half of the
guaranty period, the part is change for half of the listed price. All shipping and labor
cost are on customer.
